Role and Responsibilities We are looking for a motivated and customer service-oriented individual to join our retail team. As the Sales Lead, you will be responsible for ongoing product knowledge training, selling behaviors, and inspiring others to provide a great customer experience. Essential Functions Motivate the sales team to enhance the service culture Follows company sales strategy to exceed goals Handling customer de-escalation Monitor customer orders until completion Acting as Manager on Duty (MOD) when required Train employees on selling behaviors Supporting the execution of visual directives Maintain a clean, safe, secure and friendly store Supports inventory management processes Qualifications and Education Requirements High school diploma or equivalent Lift 30 lbs. Ability to spend entire shift on feet Over the age of 18 Preferred Skills 1 year of retail experience Strong Communicator Knowledge of Microsoft Suite Ability to prioritize multi-task and problem solve High-spirited and self motivated NOTE: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
