Basic New hire training Week one:

• Day 1- HSE Training
• Day 2- Forklift
• Day 3- Administrative Onboarding - Sandy Angel
• Day 4- Classroom Facility Training
• Day 5- Shadow Lead Warehouse Operator

Week 2-3:

• Shadow Lead Warehouse Operator learning DCS Procedures and daily tasks

Week 4:

• Performing Daily Task Solo

Job Responsibilities & Expectations

• Perform the duties as requested by the Facility Supervisor.
• Responsible for inventory by arranging the inspection of materials, verifying count, and adequately transacting returned inventory into stock
• Operate a forklift and the yard dog
• Responsible for documenting/recording inventory movement within the warehouse when inventory is relocated to optimize efficiencies.
• Responsible for identifying and labeling material, as well as recording, assigning, and placing it in its assigned locations to maintain inventory and ensure accuracy
• Perform and report cycle counts assigned by the inventory supervisor/manager
• Prepare and secure outgoing inventory orders for outgoing shipments and verify inventory listed on incoming orders sent to the warehouse
• Staging of secured outgoing inventory in the designated staging area
• Pre-use inspections and preventative maintenance of lifting equipment assigned to the warehouse
• Ensure that material is packaged, handled, and stored in a way that does not cause damage or harm to people, processes or product

Physical Requirements and Additional Details

• Stand for extended periods
• Stooping and bending
• Lift at least 50 pounds
• Maintain balance at elevated heights
• Climb ladders
• Pass pre-employment physical exam
• Work outdoors for long periods
• Endure all types of weather
• Exposure to varying outdoor conditions (chemicals, gases, noise, dampness, fumes, radiation, and heights
• Ability to work in confined spaces

Desired Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED Equivalent

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $18.00 per hour
