Week one:
o Day 1- HSE Training

Week 2-3:
o Shadow Lead Warehouse Operator learning DCS Procedures and daily tasks
Week 4:
o Performing Daily Task Solo Job
Responsibilities & Expectations
o Perform the duties as requested by the Facility Supervisor.
o Responsible for inventory by arranging the inspection of materials, verifying count, and adequately transacting returned inventory into stock
o Operate a forklift and the yard dog
o Responsible for documenting/recording inventory movement within the warehouse when inventory is relocated to optimize efficiencies.
o Responsible for identifying and labeling material, as well as recording, assigning, and placing it in its assigned locations to maintain inventory and ensure accuracy
o Perform and report cycle counts assigned by the inventory supervisor/manager
o Prepare and secure outgoing inventory orders for outgoing shipments and verify inventory listed on incoming orders sent to the warehouse
o Staging of secured outgoing inventory in the designated staging area
o Pre-use inspections and preventative maintenance of lifting equipment assigned to the warehouse
o Ensure that material is packaged, handled, and stored in a way that does not cause damage or harm to people, processes or product
Physical Requirements and Additional Details
o Stand for extended periods
o Stooping and bending
o Lift at least 50 pounds
o Maintain balance at elevated heights
o Climb ladders
o Pass pre-employment physical exam
o Work outdoors for long periods
o Endure all types of weather
o Exposure to varying outdoor conditions (chemicals, gases, noise, dampness, fumes, radiation, and heights
o Ability to work in confined spaces
Desired Qualifications
o 10 days on 4 days off rotation
o 4 day Weekends off every other week
o 5 am to 2 pm morning shift and 1 pm to 10pm evening shift
o Outdoor/ Facility Work
o weekends as needed during on-call week
o Holidays as needed
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $18.00 per hour
