Job Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with Downing Architects and Project Teams to create detailed architectural drawings
• Produce technical drawings using Revit, and other software
• Ensure all drawings comply with building codes and regulations
• Assist with project specifications and material selection
• Coordinate with Downing Project Teams to ensure accurate implementation of designs

Qualifications:

• Associate degree in Architectural Technology or related field
• Minimum of 2 years drafting experience drafting commercial spaces
• Proficiency in Revit and other design software
• Strong understanding of building codes and regulations
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
