Server/Waiter

Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced environment. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional dining experiences to our guests. You will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service, ensuring that all guests feel welcomed and well taken care of during their visit.

Duties

• Greet and seat guests promptly, presenting menus and providing information about specials.
• Take food and drink orders accurately using the Toast POS system.
• Deliver food and beverages to tables in a timely manner while ensuring presentation standards are met.
• Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience, addressing any concerns or requests promptly.
• Assist with bussing tables and maintaining cleanliness in the dining area.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow and timely order delivery.
• Provide knowledgeable recommendations on menu items, including culinary specialties and beverage pairings.
• Uphold high standards of hospitality and guest services at all times.

Requirements

• Previous experience in the food industry setting is preferred but not mandatory.
• Strong customer service skills with a focus on creating positive guest interactions.
• Basic math skills for handling transactions and processing payments accurately.
• Familiarity with POS systems, particularly Toast, is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure under pressure.
• Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor are essential for this role.
• Must be able to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends as needed.

Pay: From $6.88 per hour

Expected hours: 15 – 35 per week
