Shop Technician

What is a Shop Technician? The Shop Technician primarily works in the valve repair shop making repairs to customer property including frac valves, wellheads, spool, chokes, actuators, and other surface wellhead equipment as required.
In this role, you will :
- Assemble and break down new or used equipment, inspect, repair, and test equipment
- Read and interpret blueprints and drawings
- Execute general shop maintenance such as cleanup of shop, work area and equipment
- Shipping and receiving
- Clean, disassemble, pressure wash, reassemble, test, grease, and paint Wellhead and Frac equipment
- Necessary upkeep of all hand and power tools
- Perform duties for QHSE as related to safety and quality, training of personnel, safety & quality reports, logs, etc.
- Perform other duties as assigned
