What is a Service Supervisor?
The Service Supervisor understands all customer requirements for upcoming jobs, plans personnel and service tooling to meet job requirements, coordinates timing of service jobs, dispatches Service Techs to meet Customer Expectations. Support Service Techs in safe and successful execution of service jobs.
In this role, you will:
- Communicate with Service Techs on all job requirements
- Coordinate all equipment and personnel needed to successfully execute the job
- Assist service manager by coordinating activities of service technicians to meet customer requirements
- Provide up-to-date information to all on call personnel
- Ensure all service tooling is job ready
- Provide solutions for any issues that may arise
- Spend most of the time in the shop/office, supporting Service Techs, ensuring safe and successful execution of the job
- Create a comprehensive plan for each job that ensures everyone is on the same page and well prepared
- Effectively communicate all opportunities for improvement and best practices with management
Required and Preferred Abilities:

- Intermediate computer skills including Microsoft Office

Education & Experience:
- HS Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years oilfield experience preferably with knowledge of completion operations
Work Environment and Physical Requirements:
- Regularly required to stand, walk, use hands and fingers to handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; and talk or hear
- Possess the ability to operate, handle, and lift shop equipment and tools
- Lift materials and products up to 30 pounds
- Ability to clearly hear voices or alarms, bells, and other noises.
- Be able to work in the outdoor conditions such as heat, cold, wet, and be exposed to dust, fumes and other airborne particles, and loud noises.
- Schedule will be 12 hour shifts including a 2 week on and 1 week off rotational schedule
