Locations: Elementary Buildings
Pay Rate: $16.46 per hour
Schedule: 35 hours per week, Monday - Friday; 180 school days per year following Board-approved calendar
Benefit Eligible: Yes - positions working at least 30 hours per week

- High school diploma
- Proficient computer skills
- Effective interpersonal skills
- Strong written and communication skill
- Proficiency in the use of technology for individual and system management, communications, and research
- Must successfully complete and maintain compliance with all federal and state background and criminal record check requirements
- Must have and maintain a valid state vehicle operator’s license and a good driving record
- Must successfully complete and maintain compliance with all federal and state background and criminal recordcheck requirements

Instructional Support Aide
- Instructs individual students or small groups of students in a variety of settings to complement, reinforce, and enhance classroom instruction
- Logs daily work and student progress to be reported to the classroom teacher and/or the building principal for use in designing appropriate next steps in instruction
- Attends training sessions provided throughout the school year
- Utilizes appropriate technologies (e.g. computers) as they relate to classroom instruction
- Assists with the supervision of students during lunch and recess
