Downrange in Chico, CA is looking for one customer service to join our 43 person strong team. We are located on 13407 Garner Ln.. Our ideal candidate is a self-starter, ambitious, and reliable. Our Mission is "Safety Through Training and Education." We are looking for employees that can understand and support our mission within our community by providing the greatest level of quality service to our customers. We are searching for eager, passionate, and dependable individuals wanting to work in a fast-paced team environment. All knowledge levels will be considered. Customer service, respect for your community, and self-motivation are character traits that cannot be taught. We can teach you technical knowledge and industry facts.
All candidates begin at an hourly rate. Upon completion of paid training program, employees receive commission on most sales items including memberships. We offer merit based incentives and long term professional development.

- Greet customers and make them feel at home

- Responsible and proven ability to maintain scheduling commitments
