What are the responsibilities and job description for the Construction Project Manager position at Downrite Engineering Corp?
Duties:
· Minimum 3-5 years experience as a Project Manager for site developer.
Experience with Water, Sewer, Drainage, Paving, Concrete, Earthwork.
· Ability to inspect work as necessary to ensure compliance with quality standards.
· Read and understand plans and specifications.
· Demonstrate strong dedication to safety for crews and public.
· Ability to obtain inspections to ensure aspects of work are documented.
· Plan and communicate with purchasing personnel to assure adequate supply of materials and equipment are available.
· Monitor crews quality of work in compliance with plans and specs.
· Ensure construction equipment is correctly operated and maintained.
· Maintain daily paperwork such as field reports, E-mail correspondence, timesheet verification, etc.
· Attend weekly progress meetings.
Qualifications:
· Experience with Site Development including Water, Sewer, Paving and Drainage.
· Must have good management skills.
· Proficient knowledge of construction practices.
· Ability to read plans.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $1,800.00 - $1,850.00 per week
