The Role

We are a full-service market research firm, looking to appoint a confident and friendly Market Researcher to conduct in-person surveys with tourists in St. Johns County.
This is an excellent opportunity for an outgoing individual, who would like to help shape tourism marketing while setting their own schedule. We offer weekday and weekend shifts and are flexible to suit you and your needs!
The research areas that would need to be covered for this role are around St. Johns County, specifically beaches.
Key Responsibilities:
The key responsibilities of a Market Researcher include, but are not limited to:
- Perform in-person surveys using a company-provided iPad in public areas around St. Johns.
- Provide insight to the business to provide value to the wider tourism industry.
- Be professional and friendly at all times when conducting the surveys.

Downs & St. Germain Research is a full-service market research firm located in Tallahassee, Florida. Serving clients since 1981, Downs & St. Germain Research specializes in developing tourism marketing and strategic recommendations from survey results and focus groups.
Our research is built upon the data collected from surveying tourists to destinations, which is analyzed to generate insightful information surrounding the economic impact of tourism to the area in addition to other key tourism findings. This would not be possible without our team of excellent on-site interviewers conducting these surveys.
