- Collaborate with the Director of Facilities to prioritize projects and allocate resources effectively.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate or Bachelor's degree in horticulture, turf management, or related field preferred.
- One year of supervisory experience in a similar role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
- Ability to lift 50 pounds, stand for long periods, and work in extreme weather conditions.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
