Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and skilled individual to join our team as a Poker Dual Rate Floor Supervisor. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the security and integrity of our poker games while providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and control measures to ensure compliance with state, federal, and tribal regulatory requirements.
- Maintain continuous inspection of cards and gaming equipment to ensure security and fairness.
- Assist in monitoring payouts and procedures on table games to ensure accuracy and integrity.
- Serve as a witness for table games management and provide assistance in resolving disputes between dealers and patrons.
- Ensure accuracy in monetary transactions and accounting for assigned tables.
- Responsible for the accountability of chips and player ratings for each designated section.
- Communicate effectively with team members and guests to provide exceptional customer service.
