We are a leading boutique brokerage for apartments in and near downtown Chicago with over 320 buildings in popular downtown neighborhoods, including the Loop, River North, Streeterville, Gold Coast, Near West Loop, and the Near South Loop. Our office is located at 730 N Wells St. Ste. 103.

Role

Downtown Apartment Company is seeking a Luxury Leasing Consultant for a hybrid full-time role located in Chicago, IL, with flexibility for some remote work. The Luxury Leasing Consultant will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to prospective and current clients, and staying up-to-date with the leasing market trends and promotions. Additionally, the role requires conducting property tours, responding to inquiries from online and walk-in prospects, and managing advertising/social media for assigned properties.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to develop and maintain relationships with customers and residents
• Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• General knowledge of downtown area, as this role will involve touring clients throughout the city (a car is not required)
• Experience using social media platforms for marketing and customer engagement
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and some evenings
• Ability to maintain a positive and professional attitude towards customers and team members
• 2 years of experience in leasing apartments or similar real estate leasing experience preferred but not required
