We are seeking energetic and qualified Group Fitness Instructors to join our team! If you have the skills to lead a room, inspire and motivate participants, and help them achieve their fitness goals with safe, engaging, and knowledgeable instruction, we encourage you to apply.
Current Group Fitness Needs:
- Aqua Fit – Cardio and resistance training in both deep and shallow water
- Fit4Life – Senior fitness using chairs for balance support, with cardio, core, balance, and resistance training
- Indoor Cycling (Spin and Cycle Beats)
- WARRIOR Strength & WARRIOR Rhythm
- Adult Swim Coach
- Substitutes for formats such as Step, Pilates, and Barre
- Tai Chi – A new offering for our members

Responsibilities:
- Create a safe, fun, high-energy, and inclusive environment
- Lead and control the pace and flow of the class
- Provide modifications and/or amplifications for participants of all fitness levels
- Be confident, reliable, and demonstrate strong leadership skills
Requirements:
- Specialty or group fitness certification (required)
- Current First Aid, CPR, and AED certification (required)
Job Type: Part-time
Salary: $22.00 - $28.00 per hour
Schedule: Day shift with some evening and weekend opportunities
Location: Eugene, OR 97401 – Must be able to reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work
