Looking for Maintenance Technician for our Downtown Cleveland high rise Apartment community. We are offering an excellent hourly pay and healthcare benefits.

Maintenance Specialist is responsible for:
- Ensures excellent customer service to prospective and current tenants
- Assists in Make ready vacant turns (general property maintenance, painting, cleaning, hvac, carpentry,etc)
- Assist and responds quickly to work order requests from residents
- Ensures that all exterior lighting is operable and change when necessary
- Helps in maintaining pool, clubhouse and fitness area
- Responds to on-call pager when on rotating schedule
- Assists maintenance Team in ensuring the property meets all safety standards and properly maintained
- Works with the Property Manager and Maintenance Supervisor to provide an excellent community for our residents
Job Requirements:
- HVAC certified preferred
- General Maintenance ,plumbing and grounds keeping
- Own tools & transportation
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong communication skills
