Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including glassware, utensils, and equipment.
- Engage with guests in a friendly manner, providing recommendations and answering questions about the drink menu.
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and responsible alcohol service guidelines.
- Assist with catering events and banquets as needed, providing excellent service to guests.
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently for processing orders and payments.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food items when applicable.
- Manage time effectively during busy periods to maintain high service standards.
