As a Game Master, you’ll be part of a fun, fast-paced environment where problem-solving, creativity, and top-notch customer service take center stage.
Your mission? To deliver an exceptional and immersive experience for every guest, ensuring they feel wowed, challenged, and inspired. No prior experience in escape rooms is necessary—just a positive attitude, a knack for engaging with people, and the drive to create memorable moments.
Specific Job Responsibilities Include:
- Create Immersive Experiences: As a Game Master, you’ll greet guests with warmth and excitement, setting the tone for their adventure. You’ll introduce them to the escape room experience and brief them on the story and rules before they start their 60-minute challenge.
- Monitor and Support Teams: During the game, you’ll oversee the room via video equipment, offering pre-scripted clues and support as needed to keep the experience flowing smoothly. You’ll act quickly if teams get stuck and ensure each group feels supported throughout the game.
- Celebrate and Reflect: At the end of the game, you’ll meet teams to celebrate their success (or walk them through the final puzzles if they didn’t escape), making sure they leave with a sense of accomplishment.
- Reset and Prepare: After each session, you’ll use a checklist to quickly reset the room, ensuring everything is in place for the next group.
- Maintain the Experience: In addition to running games, you’ll assist with room upkeep, minor maintenance tasks, and making sure the environment is clean and welcoming.
- Contribute to the Team: You’ll work closely with other team members and managers, assisting with phone or in-person customer inquiries and ensuring our guests receive a “wow” experience at every step.

Additional Requirements:
- Availability: Must be available to work shifts on Saturdays and either a Friday or Sunday shift. Part-time roles are available up to 30 hours per week, with opportunities to grow quickly within the company.
- Starting Pay: Starting pay is $10-11 per hour, with opportunities for raises and promotions as you develop your skills.
