Duties & Responsibilities:  

• Welcome and build rapport with guests, as this is the guests first impression of the location  
• Answering general questions about the location. If an answer is unknown, the concierge can seek the answer and direct the guest to the appropriate manager  
• Making guest reservations  
• Use tact and good judgement when dealing with guest challenges and respond to guest needs with patience and courtesy  
• Maintains a clean and organized welcome area  

• Help to build STAR experience for guests  
• Believes in SAFETY to protect the guests and other team members  
• Team Member may be required to perform other duties 
• Have fun!  

Requirements:  

• Flexibility to work varied shifts to include days and nights, weekends, and holidays   
• A minimum of 6 months’ work experience in a high-volume restaurant or retail   
• Understands restaurant etiquette   
• Familiarity with health and safety regulations   

• Demonstrated customer service skills  
• Enjoy interacting with families and children; passionate about guest service  
• Positive, optimistic, friendly, outgoing, and able to smile frequently with high energy  
• Ability to work in fast paced environment, take initiative and resolve problems  
• Must be able to use a computer  

• Ability to stand for long periods of time   
• Must be at least 18 years old  
• Must pass a pre-employment background check.  
• Able to be genuinely friendly and caring and by taking pride in their work.  
• Must be self-motivated and disciplined.  

• Must be able to prioritize and complete work assignments on a timely basis.  
• Must maintain strict confidentiality and judgment regarding privileged information.  
• Must display being: patient, kind, trusting, unselfish, truthful, forgiving, and dedicated.  
• Must be willing to constantly improve.  
• Must have professional appearance with good personal hygiene.
