The Sous Chef is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our heart of the house, ensuring delicious food created from our Celebrity Chef. Demonstrating leadership for your team to advance their culinary talents.

Duties & Responsibilities:
- Ensures every guest has fun and enjoys their food and overall experience.
- Supervises Cook Assistants, Cooks and Dishwashers.
- Develops culinary Team Members to their fullest potential.
- Be able to explain and teach HACCP principles
- Ensure HACCP principles are adhered to.
- Managing ordering, production, and inventory processes.
- Ensures the correct culinary staffing to serve our guests.
- Trains the team on culinary excellence.
- Monitors food quality and ticket times.
- Ensures recipe adherence.
- Hands on, when needed in any of the stations.
- Conducts table touches when guest needs assistance with allergy protocol.
- Interacts with guests participating in the fun!
- Responsible to meet or exceed business objectives
- Responsible for the profitability of the business.
- Manage within all government, state, and local laws.
- Team Member may be required to perform other duties
- Have fun!
Requirements:
- Flexibility to work varied shifts to include days and nights, weekends, and holidays.
- A minimum of 3 years culinary management experience in high-volume full-service restaurants.
- A minimum of 1-year supervisory experience of kitchen staff
- Able to assist at our other venues in the market (Arcades and Adventure Complex).
- Demonstrate culinary skill set through an on hand practical exam
- Proficient in Microsoft software (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
- Demonstrated leadership.
- Ability to work in fast paced environment.
- Organized, with strong written and verbal communication skills
- Must be thorough and detail oriented
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
- Enjoy interacting with diverse guests visiting from around the world
- Enjoy having fun!
