Associate Attorney

We are seeking a motivated and skilled Associate Attorney to join our team of civil litigators. In this role, you’ll work alongside experienced attorneys to represent clients in a variety of civil matters, from pre-trial motions to post-trial appeals. Responsibilities:

• Handle all aspects of civil litigation, including case management, discovery, motion practice, depositions, and trial preparation.
• Draft legal pleadings, motions, and discovery requests.
• Conduct legal research and analysis to support case strategy.
• Represent clients in depositions, hearings, and court appearances.
• Work closely with senior attorneys and clients to ensure timely case progression.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant legal precedents and changes in law.

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
• Active state bar membership.
• 1-3 years of experience in civil litigation preferred (recent law school graduates with strong academic records may be considered).
• Excellent research, writing, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• A client-focused mindset with a strong work ethic.
