Downtown Music Artist & Label Services is looking for a Content Operations Coordinator to join our team and support digital operations in the day-to-day distribution and management of the Downtown Music Artist & Label Services' catalog. The right candidate is an enthusiastic self-starter who has strong attention to detail and is able to manage time sensitive projects.
This position provides the option for remote or flexible work (unless specified as hybrid), and is available to candidates who can work regular business hours from Wednesday to Sunday.
What you'll do :
- Review, clear and prioritize releases in the QC / Delivery Queue, ensuring quality and adherence to specifications. Prioritize releases in our QC system
- Coordinate release uploads (audio and video), ensuring proper formatting and adherence to release schedules
- Address iTunes Connect tickets related to content, troubleshooting and resolving issues
- Regularly monitor and delete undelivered products on Dashgo, maintaining an organized and updated content library.
- Coordinate the bulk release upload process for audio and video projects, including metadata import, file renaming, and FTP imports
- Clear Spotify watchlist artists by reviewing and resolving any issues or discrepancies
- Troubleshoot content status on various digital service platforms (DSPs) and occasionally reach out to DSPs for resolution
- Monitor catalog transfers, ensuring consistent metadata and merging streams / releases as needed
- Address metadata / asset issues in the QC / Delivery Queue, including resolving warnings, rejecting or notifying client managers on a release-by-release basis.
- Review ACR (Audio Content Recognition) matches in the QC / Delivery Queue on a release-by-release basis.
- Address technical errors identified in the QC / Delivery Queue, troubleshooting and resolving them promptly.
- Compile and deliver content manually, providing necessary leeway for special cases or unique requirements.

Downtown provides base salary ranges for all positions located in the United States at the time of posting. The hiring range for this position is $45,000-$50,000 annually. As a candidate for this position, your salary and related elements of compensation will be contingent upon various factors including, but not limited to, work experience, geographic location and relevant skills. Downtown is committed to providing a comprehensive market-competitive total rewards program for its employees which includes medical, dental, and vision, life insurance, 401(k) match and generous paid time off. This range does not include any other variable compensation components.

Note : Artist & Label Services offers remote / flexible work (unless specified to be required to be hybrid) and open to hiring remote candidates who are residents in the following states : AZ, CA, CO, FL, MD NV, NJ, NY, NC, OR, TN, TX, WA. and who are able to work normal business hours from Wednesday to Sunday.
