Client Service Representative

We are seeking a full-time Client Service Representative (CSR) to join our team at Downtown Pet Hospital, a privately owned practice dedicated to caring for companion pets. The primary responsibility of the CSRs is to assist our clients. This role involves encountering a variety of unique situations, ensuring that every day is interesting. The ability to remain calm under pressure is essential.

As a CSR, your responsibilities will include:

- Greeting clients
- Differentiating between routine and emergent cases (first-line triage)
- Understanding and respecting the human-animal bond
- Scheduling appointments
- Managing the client/patient database
- Generating invoices
- Processing payments
- Managing the storage of patient medical records

CSRs thrive in a fast-paced environment and end their day feeling like they have truly made a difference. Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
