Downtown Primary Care is a Concierge Internal Medicine Practice in the NYC Financial District.
In the role of Medical Front Desk Receptionist, you will be essential in delivering exceptional patient service and handling the front desk operations of our medical office. Your core skills in medical administrative support and clerical experience will ensure efficient handling of patient inquiries, scheduling, medical records, tasks such as E-faxing, scanning, copying and data entry into the EHR. With skills using EHR systems and familiarity with medical terminology, you will facilitate communication between patients and doctors. Your strong communication abilities and relevant experience in office management will contribute to a welcoming environment, making you a vital part of our healthcare team.
Qualifications
- Experience in medical administrative support and front desk operations
- Strong communication and patient service skills
- Familiarity with EHR systems such as CureMD, Epic, etc
- Understanding of medical terminology and HIPAA regulations
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office and multi-line phone systems
- Ability to manage medical records and perform clerical tasks efficiently
