- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions through data entry into the system.
- Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling products during calls.
- Collaborate with team members to resolve complex customer issues effectively.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures while maintaining high standards of phone etiquette.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a call center or client services role is preferred.
