This is a full-time on-site Dispatcher role located in Miami, FL. The Dispatcher will be responsible for coordinating and dispatching tow trucks, communicating with drivers and customers, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring timely responses to service calls.
- Strong communication and multitasking skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in using dispatch software and GPS systems
- Experience in the transportation or logistics industry is a plus
- Customer service experience
- Knowledge of towing regulations and procedures
- High school diploma or equivalent
