Responsibilities
- Must have Dealership experience and know Reynolds & Reynolds Dealer management system.
- Heavy phone work, schedule Service appointments and great phone skills.
- Communicates with guests and incoming callers in a professional, friendly, and efficient manner.
- Provide basic dealer information or directs customers to the correct department.
- Communicates messages to the appropriate parties in a timely manner.
- Answers incoming phone calls. Directs caller to appropriate department or individual or takes a thorough message.
- Communicates messages to the appropriate parties in a timely manner.
- Handle all customer payment and credit transactions.
- Responsible for the daily balancing and reconciling of cash office account(s).
- Assists service customers during the morning and evening when needed.
- Assists with administrative duties as requested.
