Responsibilities
- COVID-19 screening for customers and employees
- Assure that required office and administrative functions are met on an ongoing basis
- Plan, organize, and direct the daily operations; including professional and non-professional services
- Ensure the hiring process is structured to assure appropriately trained staff
- Develop and implement policies, procedures, services, and quality assurance
- Lead and manage budget and accounting systems
- Develop and maintain records and reporting systems which provide for proper service control and measurement of program outcomes
- Encourage and promote positive and professional communication between staff and agency administration
- Ensure the customer complaint process is followed and intervene/escalate where appropriate
- Provide on-call services after hours and weekends as needed or directed
- Assure the availability of Administrative staff at all hours of operations
Qualifications
- 3 years management experience
- 1 year experience working in the Automotive Industry
- Effective leader with good employee relations and customer service skills
- Knowledge of regulatory standards and compliance regulations with eagerness to improve
- Good interpersonal and analytical skills
