We are looking to add an enthusiastic and skilled Reformer Pilates Instructor to our team. The ideal candidate will bring a solid foundation in Reformer Pilates and a dedication to fostering health and wellness through effective coaching. As a Reformer Pilates Instructor, you will lead both individual and group sessions, create personalized workout plans, and support clients of various fitness levels. Your expertise will guide clients toward their fitness objectives while nurturing a positive and motivating atmosphere.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead dynamic Pilates classes for both individuals and groups, ensuring proper form and safety.
- Develop tailored fitness programs that address the unique goals and needs of each client.
- Provide instruction on Reformer Pilates equipment and mat-based exercises.
- Track client progress and adjust their programs as needed to maximize results.
- Promote health club services and programs to help grow and retain membership.
- Maintain a neat and organized studio, ensuring all equipment is well-maintained.
- Keep up-to-date with industry developments, new techniques, and Pilates trends.
Requirements
- Certification in Reformer Pilates instruction or equivalent experience is essential.
- Knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and kinesiology as it relates to fitness.
- Previous experience in group fitness training, program creation, or sports coaching is preferred.
- Additional experience in other fitness disciplines, like yoga, is a bonus.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to inspire and motivate clients.
