This role can be filled in our San Francisco office OR remotely in North America, Central or South America.
About You
- You enjoy leading software engineering projects and prioritize the iterative delivery of high-quality solutions.
- You are passionate about the intersection of Product and Engineering and can help guide your team.
- You have a deep understanding of object-oriented programming languages like Ruby, a web framework like Rails, and Golang.
- You have a passion for software engineering architecture and look forward to making high-quality contributions to modern, production web applications.
- You are self-motivated and able to manage yourself but don't worry, we're here to help you grow!
- You have experience with Authorization at scale.
- You have expertise in Authentication systems using Sessions, OAuth, SAML, and SSO.
- You have experience and opinions on how to iteratively secure and harden web applications against real-world security issues.
Here's How You Will Make an Impact
Compensation
The US total compensation range for this full-time position is $165,000 - $195,000 (inclusive of salary equity). Our ranges are determined by role and level. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the approximate total target compensation for the position across the US. Within the range, individual pay is determined by factors including relevant skills, experience, and education / training. Please note that the compensation listed does not include benefits.
