We are seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent to oversee and manage construction projects from inception to completion. Duties
- Supervise daily operations on the construction site, ensuring adherence to project plans and specifications.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to facilitate smooth workflow and communication.
- Utilize construction management software such as ProCore and Prolog for project tracking and reporting.
- Implement safety protocols in compliance with OSHA standards to maintain a safe working environment.
- Monitor project budgets, schedules, and resources, making adjustments as necessary to meet project goals.
- Conduct regular inspections of work performed to ensure quality standards are met.
- Review schematics and plans to ensure accurate execution of construction activities.
- Train and mentor junior staff and subcontractors on best practices in construction processes.
- Maintain detailed records of project progress, including any changes or modifications made during the construction phase.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Construction Superintendent or similar role within the construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and materials.
- Familiarity with budgeting practices and financial management related to construction projects.
- Proficiency in using construction management software such as ProCore or Prolog is highly desirable.
- Ability to read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings effectively.
- Excellent supervisory skills with a focus on team collaboration and communication.

- Experience with pipeline construction is a plus but not mandatory.
