- Assist with procurement of equipment, parts, supplies as needed.
- Create action plans to meet objectives, budget and schedule.
- Analyze data and draw conclusions to make recommendations.
- Provide technical assistance support to projects as defined by the project manager.
- Develop and produce reports of study data for project staff and stakeholders.
- Inform leadership of project status on an ongoing basis.
- Use network analysis tools and observation techniques to recommend changes based on trends.
- Track project financials, including creating work orders and validating invoices.
- Follow up with customers to ensure that payment has been received.
- Assist with support of research studies or trial protocols.
- Provide project direction to internal TDS and third-party resources.
- Manage and perform service call and work order tasks to completion.
- Responsible for generating, interpreting, and printing various assigned reports.
- Ensure technical documentation is properly reviewed and maintained and made available in a timely manner.
- Exercise network security policies and procedures and identify possible faults.
- Measure, track progress and coordinate implementation of the project plan.
- Serve as liaison for projects across internal and external stakeholders.
- Develop and implement methods and tools by which to organize, standardize, and manage activities.
- Help to develop and maintain knowledge and skills and keep up to date with new processes and procedures.
- Create and maintain BOM for product release.
- Work on multiple projects independently.
- Be a catalyst for continuous improvement endeavors across the plant. Actively engage all personnel to develop and determine the best path forward with resources on hand or detail required plan for most efficient resolution to opportunities.
- Collaborate with the plant line employees on product and assembly.
- Ability to use reason to solve problems as they arise.
Qualifications and Education Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree in business, computer science, engineering or related field with at least 4 years’ equivalent experience in manufacturing.
- Experience with AutoCAD and project management software.
- Dedication to professionalism and a positive attitude.

- Sound problem-solving skills.
- Experience with change orders and change management.
- Experience with structured processes and tools. Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, FMEA, RCA.
- Must have the ability to manage time and priorities to effectively handle multiple competing projects with tight deadlines requirements.
- Ability to practice good time management skills required to direct and supervise contractors.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, AutoCAD design.
- Positive, Professional attitude with a strong work ethic and ability to self-motivate.
Working Conditions
- Office environment – will require extensive use of a computer including keyboard, mouse and other electronic tools which will require the use both hands.
- While working in the plant, may be exposed to extreme heat, cold, humidity, dusty environment, vibrations, noise, etc.
- Must be able to climb stairs/ladders, stoop, bend, and kneel while looking at equipment.
- Must be able to be able to work at computer for several hours using both hands (taking intermittent breaks as needed) in preparation of required reports, capital project documents, completing drawings, etc.
- Must be able to don required PPE – hardhat, safety glasses, steel toed shoes, hearing protection, high visibility clothing (or vest), gloves or other specialized PPE depending on the job or circumstances.
