The Site Supervisor will be responsible for leading a team of commercial cleaner ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and to the highest standards. This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent organizational abilities, and a commitment to maintaining a clean and safe environment for our clients and their employees.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate cleaning staff at assigned commercial sites, including assigning tasks, monitoring performances, and providing guidance and support as needed.
- Conduct regular inspections.
- Train new cleaning staff on proper cleaning techniques, safety procedures and use of equipment and cleaning products.
- Monitor and enforce compliance with health and safety regulations, including the use of ppe and adherence to chemical handling procedures.
- Perform quality control checks.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in commercial cleaning or janitorial services, with at least 1-3 years in supervisory or leadership roles.
- Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques.
- Exceptional organizational and time management abilities, with the capacity to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
