What are the responsibilities and job description for the LI - Unarmed Security Officer Floater position at Doyle Security Services?
Doyle Security Services, Inc is seeking to hire Long Island Floaters licensed security officers for our Suffolk County region. We seek qualified candidates to be part of a team that is committed to excellence. Positions available in Multiple locations throughout Suffolk; interviews are being setup and held this week.
Pay rate: will be determine by experience and availability
Responsibilities:
- Patrol properties, safeguarding against illegal activity, including theft, loitering, trespassing and vandalism.
- Become extremely familiar with both the property and the people who reside or work in the building.
- Make rounds, assuring that all doors are closed and locked as required.
- May also be required to track and monitor all visitors to the property.
- Be comfortable standing for long periods of time.
- Ability to work under minimum supervision.
- Strong interpersonal skills are also important and will be required to interact with staff members in an affable yet professional manner.

Requirements Are:
- NYS Security Guard License
- MUST have a High School Diploma/GED/or College Degree
- Minimum 1 year security experience.
- Able to stand/sit for more than 6 or more than 8 hours a day.
- Excellent verbal/written communication.
- MUST have a reliable form of transportation, preferably personal vehicle.
- MUST be flexible to work any shifts and locations.
