QUALIFICATIONS :
- PURPOSE OF JOB : Coordinates, supervises, and maintains responsibility for physician practice under the Doylestown Health Physicians. Ensures professional, courteous, timely, and accurate functioning of all office and billing activities. Provides leadership and expertise to the office staff and administrative support to physicians and Director and the Physician in Charge of the Practice.

Job Qualifications
QUALIFICATIONS :
- Education: High School Diploma, Associates or Bachelors Degree preferred
- Experience: Minimum 4 years medical office experience
- Other Skills:
- Experience of working with computers/word processing skills
- Experience with NextGen, desired
- Experience or working within a specialty setting
- Good analytical and problem solving skills
- Experience of initiating, planning, evaluating and contributing to training
- Ability to communicate at all levels clearly
- Ability to express ideas clearly in writing and verbally
- Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
- Excellent administration skills including knowledge of and ability to manage admin structures and systems
- Ability to collate data
- Excellent customer care skills
