Provides trip scheduling and coordination support for Fairweather's client.
Responsibilities
Key Accountabilities
Provides trip scheduling and coordination support for Company.
Requires ongoing interaction across a broad network of customers, internal and external resources and service providers to ensure consistently outstanding pre-trip planning, real-time trip support and post-trip reviews for quality assurance.
Coordinates requests for aircraft trips and scheduling aircraft in a flight operations system (FOS-NT), including tracking aircraft maintenance schedules and availability.
Knowledge with Garmin satellite tracking systems for tracking aircraft locations and uploading/downloading tracking data.
Position is in direct support of required summer environmental, exploration, and surveying programs on the North Slope with a rotating schedule of 7 days on 7 days off or 14 days on 14 days off to be determined.
Must be willing to work in close proximity to landing and departing helicopters.
Must pass a provided aviation fuel inspection/testing course and conduct daily quality control testing of aviation Jet-A fuel.
Responsible for scheduling and coordinating daily flight schedules and forecasting flight schedules with aircraft availability for multiple user groups throughout the day.
Must give daily flight activity updates to multiple companies and agencies with MS Teams.
