Overview
Performs assignments in project engineering under guidance and observation of experienced project manager to assist in addressing inquiries related to drawings, specifications, shop drawings, and change orders, while maintaining productive and professional relationships with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers.

Essential Functions
- Assists in the development and maintenance of change order logs, request for information (RFI) logs and other document tracking systems.
- Supports project engineers in facilitating effective communication and timely resolution of project-related inquiries.
- Assists with end-of-project closeout activities, ensuring all necessary documentation and deliverables are completed in a timely manner.
- Participates in tracking and facilitating the flow of RFIs, Potential Change Orders (PCOs), and Architectural Supplemental Instructions (ASIs) for periodic operational analysis.
- Under supervision of project engineer, tracks, reviews, and facilitates the execution of submittals to the General
- Contractor, ensuring compliance with project requirements.
- Contributes to research and analysis of process improvement, project flow analysis, specifications and project control.
- Performs other duties as assigned by senior engineers or the project team.

OR an equivalent combination of education, certification, and experience that results in the successful performance of the job. Additional education may substitute for required experience on one-for-one year basis or vice versa.
