Join our passionate team at The Keebis Preschool in beautiful Key Biscayne! We're seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Lead Teachers for our Pre-K classrooms (Pre-K1, Pre-K2, and Pre-K3). About the Role :
As a Lead Pre-K Teacher at The Keebis Preschool, you will play a vital role in shaping young minds. You will :
Develop and implement creative, age-appropriate lesson plans that align with our play-based curriculum.
Foster a love of learning through engaging activities, play-based exploration, and hands-on experiences.
Observe, document, and assess children's progress, providing individualized support and guidance.
Maintain open communication with parents, sharing updates and collaborating on each child's development.
Collaborate effectively with colleagues to create a positive and supportive team environment.
Maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom environment.
Qualifications :
Child Development Associate (CDA) credential or Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education (preferred).
Proven experience working with young children in a classroom setting.
A strong understanding of child development principles and best practices.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Ability to create and implement engaging and developmentally appropriate lesson plans.
Patience, enthusiasm, and a genuine love for working with children.
