Work arrangement:
- Onsite. Overtime may be required from time to time. May participate in the on-call rotation from time to time
- W2 position; 12 months

- Provision and support two-factor authentication processes across the company.
- Support the team with dispatching activities (high volume service request assignments).
- Help maintain departmental documentation.
- Support audit projects and periodic access recertifications processes.
- Develop ad-hoc reports as needed.

- Based on education. No experience required with a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or other job-related degree. See Education for more information.
- Under direct supervision, assist in and become proficient in the responsibilities of identity management for user accounts and protection of system resources. Provide administration support for enterprise system access. Setup, maintain and terminate system access on multiple security architectures and within multiple secure applications. Ensure compliance with corporate information security policies, standards, guidelines and procedures.
- Learn to create, modify, delete, maintain, and monitor system access identification for corporate email system, LAN, enterprise server (RACF) applications and subsystems, remote access, web browsing, and/or application level security databases. Assist in the review, verification, and implementation of security requests.
- Perform system access reviews to ensure compliance with corporate security policies and standards. Participate in related project work as needed such as documentation of work, process implementations and procedure updating.
- Create and/or review data access reports to research service requests or issues. May also be asked to review reports to ensure compliance with corporate information security policies, standards, guidelines and procedures.
- Ability to gain knowledge of IT security systems and concepts, LAN access control systems, enterprise server and LAN applications and subsystems, and user administration on single platforms.
- Ability to acquire knowledge for multiple platforms.
- Able to quickly learn new tools and emerging technologies.
- Able to acquire knowledge of industry standards for corporate information security systems as they relate to customer and governmental regulatory requirements.

- The team manages two-factor authentication processes and access across the entire company (hardware and software solutions).
- The team is one of three teams in Data Security, supporting all the company’s customers across all lines of business (Commercial, Tricare and Medicare).
- They operate in a collaborative environment, build and maintain access for the entire enterprise, support yearly audit projects, and are actively involved in 15-20 projects at any given time.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or other job-related degree;
- OR, Associates degree in CS, IT, or other job-related degree plus 2 years of work-related experience;
- OR, 4 years job-related work experience (total 4 years without a degree)
