Work arrangement:
- Hybrid, onsite 2 days per week
- W2 position; 12 months with a possibility of extension
- PowerBuilder Development (version 2017 or higher)
- 10 years' experience SQL Query Writing. Resource must have a high level of SQL query writing skills to write complex queries to pull data from a Sybase and MS SQL Server database.
- 10 years' experience documenting and performing unit testing
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related IT discipline
- Research and modify PowerBuilder source code to document the steps the application uses with data.
- Resource must have a high level of SQL query writing skills to write complex queries to pull data from a Sybase and MS SQL Server database.
- Must have experience developing processes to extract and manipulate data to support data migration and data cleansing of application data.
- Must have experience in performing data profiling, data mapping, data manipulation, validation, and analysis.
- Must have experience working with other developers utilizing source control.
- Must have experience documenting and performing unit testing to support program changes.
- Must have experience creating, updating, and maintaining documentation for programs, system specs, and flow diagrams.
- Must be able to work with the client and/or Business Analyst to support test scenarios.
- Analyze and document identified problems to determine root cause and provide root cause analysis.
- Follow change management procedures and provide input to execute changes.
- Capable of working with clients to gather requirements and ensure functionality meets the needs of the agency
- Ability to work in a hybrid office and home environment.
- Willingness to learn.
- Proven ability to work in a team environment.
- Capable of picking up and deciphering code with minimal guidance
