Roles and responsibilities:
- Sourcing Candidates: Use various job platforms to search for and reach out to qualified candidates passively/actively looking for employment in the market
- Pipeline Management: Build strong pipelines of candidates based on client's most common requests
- Screening and Interviewing: Conduct phone interviews to assess candidate’s technical experience, selecting the best match for our clients
- Candidate Submittal: Format resume/submittal package to highlight candidate’s top skills for client to review
- Recruitment Metrics: Meet minimum weekly metrics including phone interviews/submittals to open jobs
- Interview Preparation: Prepare candidate for phone and in-person interviews by having in-depth conversations surrounding questions, scenarios, and technical experience that may be asked by client
- Program Compliance: Adhere to maximum bill rates and/or markups defined by the client program
- Relationship Building: Develop and maintain relationships with candidates to ensure a positive experience and encourage referrals.
- 1-2 years of Technical/IT recruiting experience
- Interest in challenging yourself to grow/develop with a collaborative team
- Passion for connecting with people and a drive to succeed
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Previous experience supporting MSP programs desired but not required
- Competitive base salary with uncapped commissions and quarterly bonus.
