DPP is seeking a Data Integration Analyst for an opportunity in Columbia, SC. Candidates must be eligible to earn a low-level US security clearance.

Work arrangement:
- Hybrid: Onsite 1 day/week and as needed.
- W2 position; 12 months
- Must be eligible to earn a low-level US security clearance, which requires a thorough background search and ship.
- The Data Integration Analyst will represent the Data Integration layer (LEDS) in projects and work efforts across the organization.
- Assist with design, documentation, and troubleshooting of Data between enterprise systems (both internally and externally).
- Work business units and other application areas to understand requirements, and work closely with development staff to ensure the integration solution meets those needs.
- The Leveraged Enterprise Data Services (LEDS) team handles real-time data integration across enterprise, including API development and AAA (Authentication, Authorization, and Accounting) Gateways.
- This role will focus more on integration design and analysis.
- Understanding of Web Services/APIs - both SOAP and RESTful, OpenAPI standards, Swagger, API Gateways, especially IBM DataPower or AWS API Gateway
- JavaScript, Java, GitHub
- 4 years of application development, systems testing or other job-related experience.
- Perform all phases of applications systems analysis and design. Analyze systems specifications and develop applications to support information systems processes. Prepare detailed specifications from which complex programs will be written. Design, code, test, debug, document and maintain these programs. Formulates scope and objectives through research to develop or modify complex systems.
- Ensure team members understand the business requirements that drive the analysis and design of quality technical solutions, organizational standards are maintained, and applications are delivered according to project timeliness. Provide expert system knowledge, perform research, attend meetings, and review documents.
- Maintain and modify programs according to specifications. Code, compile, and implement application software that is delivered on time and within budget. Evaluate basic interrelationships in immediate programming area to determine how changes in one program will affect another related area.
- Test modified programs, create necessary test files and data, verify logic, debug, and write relevant documentation.
- Analyze production systems, recommend systems enhancements, provide instruction to production support team. Research customer issues and determine appropriate resolutions. Coordinate implementation of modifications or enhancements.
- Analyze and evaluate existing or proposed systems. Develop functional design and technical specifications, concept diagrams, and work flow diagrams and related procedures to process data using appropriate systems environment/platform. Document programs/procedures.
- Strong knowledge of relevant operating systems, programming languages, and development tools and their usage in the company.
- Strong understanding of applications/development, quality assurance and integration methodologies, concepts and facilities in a mainframe, midrange, and/or PC/LAN environment.
- Strong analysis, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrates logical abstract thinking and assimilating/adhering to project goals and deadlines.
- Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing.
- Able to work well under pressure and as part of a team.
- Strong knowledge of interpersonal skills/team building.
- Familiar with project management concepts.

- Currently there are 18 members on the team, consisting of developers, designers, analysts, experts, and team leaders.
- The team is growing and could exceed 25 members before the end of year.
- Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or other job-related degree;
- OR, Associates degree in CS, IT, or other job-related degree plus 2 years of work-related experience;
- OR, 4 years job-related work experience (total 8 years without a degree)
