DPP is seeking a .NET Developer for an opportunity in Lansing, Michigan.

Work arrangement:
- Hybrid: 2 days/week onsite from day one. No remote only option.
- W2 position; 12 months, with extension likely
- The Remediation Information Data Exchange (RIDE) is an application used by the Remediation and Redevelopment Division (RRD) that allows for the exchange of data and information related to contaminated properties.
- The RIDE application allows the regulated community to submit documents electronically, eliminating the need to send these through regular mail.
- Future releases of RIDE will allow for additional electronic submittals including Baseline Environmental Assessments and other Part 201 documents.
- RIDE will also serve as the portal for submitting invoices and other documentation for state-funded projects.
- In addition to allowing the submittal of electronic documents, RIDE also hosts RRD's Inventory of Facilities (IOF), which is an inventory of all locations regulated by Part 201 and Part 213, and also includes statistics related to programs regulated by RRD. The purpose of the IOF is to provide a transparent accounting of work conducted by RRD, as well as a resource for the public to access information about facilities regulated by RRD.
- Advanced skills in SQL with writing database scripts, stored procedures, functions, triggers, and SSIS packages (4 years, required)
- Advanced skills in C#.NET, VB.NET, ASP.NET, XML, AJAX, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Transact SQL(T-SQL) (4 years, required)
- Knowledge of structured programming, object-oriented programming, relational database constructs, dynamic responsive web development (4 years, required)
- Advanced skills in unit testing, system testing, regression testing, and automated testing to ensure product quality meet client expectations (4 years, required)
- Ability to provide quality customer service, build trust through integrity of work, and build strategic relationships through teamwork (4 years, required)
- Skills in MS Visual Studio, MS Team Foundation Server/GIT, MS Office suite, MS SharePoint (4 years, required)
- Skills in Angular (required, 12 months)
- Skills in TypeScript (desired, 12 months)
- Knowledge of ADA Compliance (desired, 12 months)
- MVC (highly desired, 2 years)
