DPP is seeking a Program Manager for an extended opportunity in Norfolk, Virginia.

Work arrangement:
- Fully onsite
- W2 position; up to six years
- Requires ; active TS/SCI security clearance
- Fifteen (15) years of full-time professional Program Management experience.
- Ten (10) years of full-time experience in DoD contract management, including management of a major technical support contract (Navy preferred), demonstrating a thorough knowledge of the Navy s contractual process.
- Five (5) years of full-time work in each of the following areas:
- Managing a technical team, developing cost estimates and schedules, preparing status reports and preparing budget reports.
- Identifying, tracking, monitoring and communicating project-related issues, scope changes, variances and contingencies that may arise during the implementation and maintenance of cybersecurity projects.
- Cybersecurity mission areas, engineering and research and development.
- Managing Sub-contractors (if subcontracting is proposed).
- Bachelor's level degree in an Engineering, Business/IT Management, Cybersecurity or similar discipline.
