- This is a blended role for a candidate who has the ability to act as a Project Manager and SharePoint Administrator.
- The SharePoint Project Manager will be focused on analyzing, archiving, and documenting the agency SharePoint site, including flows, and configuration and work closely with project stakeholders (internal and external) and act as a liaison between the SharePoint team and management.
- Current or recent experience with IT related project management is required and will be given the highest weight. Experience should include well documented success with previous SharePoint projects as well as experience in an enterprise level SharePoint environment.

- The Project Manager will report to the Bureau Chief of Information Technology Services. They will work with network engineers and Content Management Team staff. The position is focused on analyzing, archiving, documenting and exchanging SharePoint knowledge with onsite team using industry best practices.
- Interact with staff, other team members, all levels of management and internal and external organizations, including vendors performing outsourced work, in the compilation and management of information needed for project plans, portfolio/program plans, metrics, reports and project management documentation.
- Establishes and implements project management processes and methodologies for the SharePoint clean-up project to ensure the project is delivered on time, within budget, adhere to high quality standards, and meet customer expectations.
- Work with technical staff and business stakeholders to create deliverables and artifacts that are intended for audiences of varying levels of technical knowledge.
- Determines and evaluates risks that may affect the project and implement a risk mitigation strategy.
- Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) and/or Point of Contact (POC) for developing and managing processes related to the SharePoint environment.
- Make recommendations on specific improvements in efficiency, effectiveness, report template and structure, and productivity to leadership.
- Create deliverables that will act as standard operating procedure documents for the SharePoint environment.
- Act as a liaison between the technical team and management from various stakeholder areas including executive level management.
- Develop and implement a process and long-term strategy for managing the agency SharePoint site with a focus on documentation, clean-up, and archiving.
- Develop, present, and administer a process for tracking SharePoint initiatives and projects to ensure regular tracking and reporting as well as efficient resource utilization.
- Prepares status reports and provides updates to SharePoint stakeholders. Reviews progress and status of all projects and identifies specific activities to be performed to ensure project deliverables, milestones, and required tasks are completed according to project deadline.
- Minimum 3 years of IT related Project Management experience.
- Minimum 3 years of working in a development role supporting SharePoint Online (O365).
- Ability to present and prepare reports
- Ability to assign appropriate priorities to work activities based on organizational goals and situational pressures
- Ability to effectively plan and communicate work activities and deadlines
- A deep understanding of SharePoint architecture, services and features, site design and best practices. Including performance tuning and updating/upgrading on premise environment.
- Deep knowledge and understanding of the roles of SharePoint and the relationships to one another and business processes.
- Working knowledge of XML/XSD/XSLT/CAML/LINQ
- General experience working with SQL/MS BI Stack and other DBMS
- Experience with healthcare and all healthcare related requirements
- HIPAA, CDC, and other network infrastructure and server frameworks
- Prior experience in working with Microsoft products as well as SolarWinds tools.
- Bachelor s degree and/or 5 years of related work experience
- PMP Certification
- SharePoint Certification
