We are searching for an ERP Application Development Intern to join our Summer 2025 cohort.

• Location: Charlotte, NC
• Duration: 10 weeks, June 2025 - August 2025
• Department: Enterprise Systems We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented ERP Application Development Intern to join our IT team. In this role, you will gain hands-on experience in supporting and developing applications, as well as working with our ERP systems. This internship is an excellent opportunity for students pursuing a degree in Business Administration with an interest in Information Technology and Supply Chain to apply their knowledge in a real-world setting.
  
  

Areas Of Focus

• Application Development:
• Assist in the design, development, and testing of software applications. Collaborate with developers to write clean, efficient, and maintainable code.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to the continuous improvement of development practices.
• ERP Support:
• Provide support for the day-to-day operations of ERP systems, including troubleshooting and resolving issues.
• Assist in the configuration, customization, and deployment of ERP modules.
• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure that ERP systems meet business requirements and enhance operational efficiency.
• System Integration:
• Support the integration of new applications and ERP modules into existing systems.
• Help in the development and implementation of APIs and other interfaces to ensure seamless communication between systems.
• Testing and Documentation:
• Assist in the creation and execution of test plans to ensure the quality and functionality of applications and ERP systems.
• Document technical specifications, user manuals, and process workflows to support ongoing operations and future development.
• Learning and Development:
• Engage in training sessions and mentorship opportunities to enhance your understanding of application development and ERP systems.
• Stay informed about industry trends and emerging technologies in software development and ERP solutions.
  

Qualifications, Experience, & Skills

• Must be a rising senior of a Currently pursuing a degree in Supply Chain Management, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field and in good academic with a minimum 3.0 GPA as of Summer 2025
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
• Basic understanding of software development principles and programming languages (e.g., Java, C#, Python).
• Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics) is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
