CFS Warehouse Manager

The CFS Warehouse Manager is responsible for overseeing all operations within a warehouse facility, including planning, scheduling, and coordinating activities to ensure efficiency and customer satisfaction. This role involves developing and implementing standard operating processes, managing safety programs, and maintaining productivity standards while ensuring compliance with all local and regulatory guidelines.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Manage all airfreight in its designated cage/location, ensuring full compliance with TSA processes, standards, and documentation requirements
• Maintain compliant and clean records for all inbound and outbound cargo
• Establish and maintain CFS operational infrastructure and processes
• Comply with Customs bonded requirements and location boundaries within the warehouse
• Develop and maintain ISO level operation guidelines and metrics
• Develop and monitor productivity standards
• Establish and maintain daily operating schedules
• Manage P&L responsibility for the operation
• Present facility operations to prospective customers
• Ensure a safe working environment and compliance with safety protocols
• Provide customer service to prevent and resolve errors
• Manage performance to meet productivity and organizational objectives
• Manage inventory
Manage MHE, such as recovery equipment, dunnage, placards, seals, etc.

QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS

• Navigation of Customs ACE portal preferred
• STA Screening
• Hazardous Certified
• 3-7 years of related supervisory or management experience preferred
• Exceptional interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication skills
