The Program Director - Transformation will act as a player coach, owning the production of standard reporting and working across workstreams and the central team to solve high-visibility problems affecting the Transformation’s operations Assists in systems (e.g., Jira) management, and leading dedicated Transformation Office (TO) resources.

Key Accountabilities
Coordinates the weekly Transformation cadence
- Responsible for the functioning of TO meetings, ensuring the right participants attend and actions are tracked
- Coordinates all elements of the rigorous Transformation cadence (e.g., business unit meetings, TO Meetings)
- Produces relevant documents for internal communication and review of Transformation highlights
- Prepares and disseminates Transformation updates for all Transformation participants
- Tracks Workstream actions from TO meetings and coordinates with WSLs and other relevant parties to ensure execution
- Responsible for preparing VP Transformation for weekly Transformation Office (TO) meetings by liaising with workstreams
- Constructs the Executive Committee presentation, providing a first draft of the agenda, conducting quality control checks
- Reviews the weekly TO report before it is released, and summarizes the key takeaways for the TO leadership
- Acts as the first point of contact for Workstream Leads in need of help driving Initiatives forward
- Effectively utilizes a “challenger” mindset to breakdown roadblocks, align on decisions, and coordinate the solution between the TO and workstreams
- Is a sounding board for the VP Transformation in preparation for ExCo and other leadership presentations
- Responsible for leading problem solving of issues for the TO that come up in TO or EC meetings
- Consistently monitors workstream progress of Transformation and communicates updates to VP Transformation and relevant business leaders
- Prepares the weekly meeting
- Liaises with systems (e.g., Jira) champions and support teams to ensure full user access
- Coordinates with business leads and analysts to ensure delivery of all systems inquiries
- Ultimately accountable for the work output of Transformation Office colleagues
- Provides coaching and administer capability building to Transformation Office colleagues as necessary
- Experience managing teams of employees through a transformation of significant step-change
- Track record of consistently delivering high-impact results
- Positive and proactive process management with an eye for detail and a strong ownership mentality
- Experience working in professional service environments, especially management consulting or investment banking, is highly preferred
- Excellent problem solving and stakeholder engagement skills Bachelor's degree is required; Master's degree or MBA is preferred
