Key Accountabilities
- Responsible for keeping stakeholders on task and organized and scheduling meetings related to projects in flight with Stakeholders
- Maintain project documentation and evidence including but not limited to decision logs, meeting minutes, meeting agenda’s etc.
- Create and deliver executive level presentations on projects and initiatives to provide updates, next steps and final results
- Preparation of executive summary documents and presentation decks for senior management
- 3 years of project management experience
- Ability to demonstrate innovation, good judgement and problem-solving skills when making decisions, an outside the box thinker that can challenge the norm
- Must be extremely organized, proactive, and pay attention to detail and have the upmost customer service and professionalism in all interactions
