Job Description
Responsible for setting and overseeing all aspects of business analytics for direct reports. Improve the quality and value of the analytics department. Validation of best analytical practices and processes being adhered to across team. Responsible for recruiting, training, and development of site level analysts in coordination with site leadership.
Standardization
- Ensure that the best analytical processes and procedures are adhered to across the team
- Validation and approval of new tools or models being implemented
- Ongoing control and monitoring of existing tools for each operation to ensure actionable insight is being driven from their use
- Provide start up support to expedite standardized reporting and analytical tools alongside site analyst
