Position : Group Coordinator Lead
Shift : 2nd Shift : Monday –; Friday 3pm-11pm with OT on Saturday
Pay : $20.00 per hour, $1.00 Shift Differential for 2nd Shift
Additional Incentives : All full-time employees are eligible to qualify monthly attendance bonuses.
In addition to the general job description below, the ideal candidate will also have the following skills : Production, Warehouse, General Labor, Employee Engagement.
A minimum of 6 month’s experience in warehouse service is preferred but will train applicants.

Role Purpose :
Responsible for assigning work schedules, training associates and monitoring associate progress for the work group they are directing. Provides day-to-day direction and guidance to work group. Responsible for daily workloads.
